Each available filing names the parties on the job — the building owner, the abatement contractor, and the independent air-monitoring company. Read enough of them and the market relationships become visible: which owners repeatedly engage which contractors, and which contractors and independent monitoring firms repeatedly appear on the same projects.
Contractor and independent-monitor co-occurrence
See which contractors and independent air-monitoring firms repeatedly appear on the same projects, and which monitoring firms owners engage alongside a particular contractor. This is a count of how often two parties are named on the same filing — useful from either side of the sale.
Co-occurrence counts how often two parties are named on the same available public filings. It is an observed pattern in those filings, not evidence that one firm selected, retained, or controlled the other. Filings name the building owner, the abatement contractor, and the independent air-monitoring company separately, and do not record who engaged whom.
